Job Title: Citigold Relationship Banker

Job Description: As a Citigold Relationship Banker, you will apply a good knowledge of the range of banking processes, procedures, and systems to deliver bespoke private banking and wealth management services to Citigold premium segment clients. You will provide exceptional customer service and identify financial needs, tailoring banking solutions across deposits, credit cards, time deposits, and treasury products for high-value retail banking clients.

Responsibilities:

• Identify customer financial needs and provide tailored banking solutions across the Citigold premium product range
• Apply good knowledge of banking processes, procedures, and systems to ensure a clear understanding of how value is created within the premium segment
• Maintain a robust coverage of all relationships through proactive customer engagement and financial needs assessment
• Cross-sell banking products including deposits, credit cards, time deposits, and treasury products to Citigold clients
• Ensure financial and reputational integrity of the organization through compliant, high-quality client interactions
• Provide end-to-end solutions for better customer service experience across all Citigold relationship touchpoints
• Monitor and grow the value of assigned client portfolio through proactive financial planning and product recommendations
• Coordinate with specialist teams across investments, insurance, and private banking on complex client needs

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in retail banking, private banking, or wealth management relationship management
• Good knowledge of banking products including deposit accounts, credit cards, time deposits, and treasury products
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to identify financial needs and tailor solutions
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• UAE banking regulatory compliance knowledge preferred
• Arabic language skills advantageous for UAE client engagement
