Job Title: Program Manager Associate

Job Description: Seeking a Program Manager Associate on a 100% Remote basis. The role is integral to the Product & Engineering Performance Management Team, serving as a critical support function for maintaining operational excellence across Tether’s global technology product and engineering operations.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a critical support function for maintaining operational excellence within Tether’s Product & Engineering Performance Management Team
• Coordinate and track engineering and product delivery programmes — monitoring milestones, timelines, and cross-team dependencies
• Support programme planning, reporting, and governance for Tether’s global technology and engineering operations
• Facilitate cross-functional coordination between Engineering, Product, and Operations teams on programme execution
• Maintain programme documentation, status dashboards, and delivery tracking systems
• Identify risks, blockers, and programme execution issues — escalating to senior programme leadership with recommendations
• Contribute to engineering performance metrics, retrospectives, and continuous improvement processes
• Support the broader programme management function with analytical and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in programme management, project management, or technology operations coordination within a fintech, crypto, or technology company
• Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple concurrent engineering and product programmes
• Proficiency with programme management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, or equivalent)
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, agile delivery frameworks, and engineering operations
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-functional coordination and programme reporting
• Ability to work independently in a 100% remote, globally distributed technology team
