Job Title: Outsourced CO / MLRO / Deputy MLRO

Job Description: As an Outsourced Compliance Officer, MLRO, or Deputy MLRO for ADGM and DIFC regulated asset management clients, you will act as the designated compliance officer for multiple regulated entities — managing AML/CFT frameworks, compliance monitoring, regulatory filings, and ongoing advisory. You will be passionate, focused, collaborative, and entrepreneurial — a team player able to use your own initiative and provide prompt, practical compliance services to multiple regulated clients.

Responsibilities:

• Act as outsourced CO/MLRO/Deputy MLRO for ADGM and DIFC regulated asset management clients
• Manage AML/CFT frameworks, compliance monitoring, regulatory filings, and ongoing advisory for multiple regulated entities
• Oversee and update compliance policies, procedures, risk assessments, and monitoring plans for regulated clients
• Lead or support licensing and authorisation projects for ADGM and DIFC entities — including regulatory business plans, governance frameworks, and regulator engagement
• Conduct compliance audits, AML reviews, and gap assessments — providing clear findings and remediation recommendations
• Liaise with regulators (FSRA/DFSA) on behalf of clients — ensuring timely and accurate submissions and notifications
• Provide prompt, practical compliance advisory services to multiple regulated ADGM and DIFC clients
• Build strong client relationships through expert, practical compliance service delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven CO, MLRO, or Deputy MLRO experience for ADGM and/or DIFC regulated entities
• Deep knowledge of FSRA (ADGM) and DFSA regulatory frameworks and AML/CFT requirements
• Experience managing multiple regulated client compliance programmes simultaneously
• Passionate, focused, collaborative, entrepreneurial — team player who uses own initiative
• Strong compliance auditing, gap assessment, and regulatory engagement skills
• CAMS or equivalent AML qualification required
