Job Title: Financial Customer Success Manager

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Product Manager in Dubai. The role owns end-to-end product development including product innovation, user advocacy, requirements engineering, feature selection, and solution design across InvestSky’s all-in-one investing solution.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end product development including product innovation, user advocacy, requirements engineering, feature selection, and solution design
• Define and drive the product vision and roadmap for InvestSky’s investment platform features
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, and data-driven product discovery to identify high-impact opportunities
• Partner with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality product features at pace
• Write clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering delivery
• Define product success metrics and measure feature impact through data analysis and user feedback
• Collaborate with Commercial, Compliance, and Operations teams on product go-to-market and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and support junior product team members

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant product management experience with proven track record of end-to-end product ownership in fintech or investment technology
• Deep understanding of investment products, trading platforms, or retail investment user needs
• Strong data-driven product approach with A/B testing and product analytics skills
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design in an agile environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication for product specifications and stakeholder presentations
• Understanding of UAE or GCC investment regulatory environment preferred
