Job Title: Senior Crypto Wallet & Custody Operations Manager

Job Description: Seeking a Senior Crypto Wallet & Custody Operations Manager. The role leads and manages crypto wallet and custody operations, supporting engagement with regulators, auditors, and compliance stakeholders in a VARA-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage McCoin’s crypto wallet and custody operations function
• Oversee day-to-day wallet management, custody infrastructure, and secure key management processes
• Ensure all custody and wallet operations comply with VARA regulatory requirements and McCoin’s internal control frameworks
• Support engagement with regulators, auditors, and compliance stakeholders on custody operations matters
• Develop and maintain custody operations policies, procedures, and operational controls
• Manage wallet infrastructure risk including hot/cold wallet management, transaction authorization, and custody security
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams on custody-related regulatory compliance requirements
• Monitor industry developments in crypto custody, wallets, and key management and implement best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in crypto wallet operations, digital asset custody, or related virtual asset operations management
• Deep understanding of crypto custody infrastructure including hot/cold wallet management and key management systems
• Prior crypto industry experience and exposure to VARA-related processes or regulations required
• Experience engaging with regulators, auditors, and compliance stakeholders in a regulated virtual asset context
• Strong understanding of custody security requirements and operational risk management for digital assets
• Leadership and team management experience in a crypto operations environment
