Job Title: Platform & DevOps Specialist – Fintech (Bede/Zain Bahrain)

Job Description: Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure at Bede, the fintech subsidiary of Zain Bahrain. Drive DevSecOps culture and ensure seamless integration of services for innovative fintech solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and maintain cloud infrastructure to support Bede’s fintech platform
• Drive DevSecOps culture across engineering and operations teams
• Ensure seamless integration of services within the fintech stack
• Lead technical strategies for platform reliability and scalability
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring solutions
• Ensure security standards are embedded throughout the platform lifecycle
• Support engineering teams in resolving platform incidents and performance issues

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and platform engineering
• Strong knowledge of DevSecOps practices and security-first infrastructure design
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Background in fintech or regulated financial services is preferred
• Relevant certifications in cloud or DevOps preferred
