Job Title: Community Manager

Job Description: The Community Manager will own MultiBank’s online community presence — creating content, moderating discussions, responding to community members, and driving engagement across channels in a way that reflects the company’s trading expertise and brand values.

Responsibilities:*

  • Manage and grow MultiBank Group’s online community presence across Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, Facebook, Instagram, and regional social platforms
  • Create, publish, and curate engaging content including market insights, trading tips, product announcements, and community highlights
  • Monitor, moderate, and respond to community questions, comments, and discussions across all channels
  • Drive community engagement initiatives including trading competitions, polls, Q&A sessions, and community events
  • Identify and manage relationships with trading community influencers and brand advocates
  • Monitor community sentiment and provide regular reporting on engagement metrics, growth, and community insights to the Marketing team
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, Product, and CS teams to ensure community communications align with campaigns and brand messaging
  • Stay current on the trading, crypto, and fintech community landscape — identifying trends, competitor community strategies, and growth opportunities

Qualifications Needed:

  • 2–4 years of experience in community management, social media management, or digital marketing ideally within fintech, forex/CFD, or crypto
  • Genuine understanding of trading markets and the trading community culture
  • Strong content creation skills across text, visual, and short-video formats
  • Experience managing communities on Telegram, Discord, Twitter/X, and social media platforms
  • Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities (Arabic, Malay, Vietnamese, etc.) are a strong advantage
  • Data-driven approach to community performance measurement
