Job Description

We are seeking a Chief AI & Data Ethics Officer to lead ethical AI, data governance, and responsible fintech innovation. This executive role ensures AI and data practices are ethical, transparent, and regulatory-compliant.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop AI and data ethics frameworks across products and operations.

• Ensure AI systems are transparent, unbiased, and compliant with regulations.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, legal, and compliance teams.

• Oversee audits of AI models, data pipelines, and algorithms.

• Monitor emerging AI regulations and industry best practices.

• Train teams on ethical AI practices and data responsibility.

• Report AI ethics and governance outcomes to executive leadership and the board.

Qualifications Needed

• Master’s or PhD in AI, Data Science, Ethics, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in AI governance, data ethics, or fintech leadership.

• Deep understanding of AI ethics frameworks, compliance, and risk.

• Strong strategic, leadership, and communication skills.

• Proven ability to lead organization-wide AI and data ethics initiatives.
