Job Title: UX/UI Designer
Job Description: As a UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our fintech products. You will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, define design requirements, and deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities:

Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.

3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process.

Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
