Job Title: Product Manager – Payments
Job Description: As a Product Manager specializing in Payments, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy and roadmap for our payment solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand market needs, prioritize features, and deliver innovative payment products that meet customer requirements and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:

Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new payment products and features.

Conduct competitive analysis and stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.

Define product requirements and specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.

Monitor product performance and KPIs, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights and experimentation.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.

3+ years of product management experience, with a focus on payments or financial services.

Strong understanding of payments ecosystem, including payment processors, networks, and regulations.

Experience with Agile development methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus.
