We are seeking a Head of Compliance to lead regulatory compliance, risk management, and governance across fintech operations. This role ensures adherence to global financial regulations while enabling business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement compliance strategies and frameworks.
Oversee internal audits, risk assessments, and regulatory reporting.
Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams.
Monitor changes in regulations and ensure organizational adherence.
Train teams on compliance policies and best practices.
Report compliance status and recommendations to executive leadership.
Qualifications Needed
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Finance, or related field.
8+ years experience in compliance or regulatory leadership, preferably in fintech.
Strong knowledge of global financial regulations, AML, KYC, and GDPR.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Proven track record of implementing effective compliance programs.
