Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, advocating for their needs and driving adoption and retention.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations.

Understand customer goals and objectives, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve success.

Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and deliver solutions that meet their needs.

Monitor customer health and engagement metrics, and take proactive measures to prevent churn.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

Experience working with SaaS or subscription-based products is a plus.
