Job Title: Customer Success Manager
Job Description: As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers throughout their journey with our products and services. You will build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their needs and goals, and help them achieve success through effective use of our solutions.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business needs and goals.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback.

Provide training and guidance to customers on how to effectively use our products and services.

Monitor customer usage and engagement metrics, and identify opportunities for upsell and expansion.

Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

3+ years of experience in customer success or account management roles.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

Experience working in a SaaS or technology company is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
