Job Title: Compliance Officer
Job Description: As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company operates in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. You will develop and implement compliance policies and procedures, conduct risk assessments, and provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with applicable regulations.

Conduct regular compliance reviews and assessments to identify potential risks and issues.

Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, and update policies and procedures as necessary.

Provide compliance training and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization.

Investigate and respond to compliance incidents and inquiries, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of experience in compliance, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.

Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and regulatory bodies (e.g., SEC, FINRA, GDPR).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
