Job Title: Wealth Trading Product Manager

Job Description: As a Wealth Trading Product Manager at an innovative fintech wealth engine operating under an ADGM licence, you will drive the development and growth of risk-driven trading and wealth building products — applying product management expertise to an ADGM-regulated trading platform designed to help clients achieve financial freedom through innovative trading solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Drive development and growth of risk-driven trading and wealth building products under ADGM licence
• Define and execute the wealth trading product roadmap — trading features, risk tools, and portfolio analytics
• Lead cross-functional wealth trading product delivery — Engineering, Compliance, UX, and Commercial teams
• Conduct product discovery — trader research, competitive intelligence, and regulatory compliance mapping
• Write clear wealth trading product specifications for engineering team delivery and ADGM compliance
• Coordinate with ADGM regulators and internal Compliance teams on product regulatory requirements
• Define product success metrics — trader adoption, AUM growth, and trading engagement analytics
• Monitor UAE and global wealth trading, risk platform, and fintech investment product developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Product Manager experience with wealth trading, investment platform, or ADGM-regulated fintech background
• Strong trading platform product roadmap ownership, discovery, and cross-functional delivery skills
• Deep understanding of UAE ADGM regulatory requirements and risk-driven trading product compliance
• Excellent product specification writing and senior ADGM-regulated platform stakeholder management
• Minimum 5 years of product management in fintech, trading, or digital investment platforms — preferred
• GCC ADGM-regulated or global wealth trading fintech product management experience strongly preferred
