Job Title: VP – Transformation, Corporate & Investment Banking

Job Description: As a VP for Transformation in Corporate and Investment Banking at the UAE’s largest bank, you will apply 10+ years of experience in the banking industry — preferably in corporate and investment banking — with a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields to lead transformation and modernization initiatives across FAB’s Corporate and Investment Banking franchise.

Responsibilities:

• Lead transformation and modernization initiatives across FAB’s Corporate and Investment Banking franchise
• Apply 10+ years of banking industry experience — preferably corporate and investment banking — to transformation leadership
• Define and execute transformation roadmaps aligned with FAB’s Corporate and Investment Banking strategic objectives
• Drive digital transformation — building capabilities across digital channels, platform modernization, and process automation
• Partner with Technology, Compliance, Product, and Commercial teams on CIB transformation delivery
• Monitor global CIB transformation trends, fintech innovation, and competitive banking technology developments
• Produce transformation performance reporting and strategic recommendations for Board and senior CIB leadership
• Build and develop the CIB transformation team — setting standards and driving transformation excellence

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of experience in the Banking Industry — preferably corporate and investment banking — required
• Masters or Bachelor’s degree in business-related fields — required
• Proven VP-level banking transformation leadership with CIB digital transformation track record
• Deep understanding of corporate and investment banking operations, products, and technology landscape
• Excellent leadership, strategic advisory, and executive communication skills for CIB transformation
• Arabic language skills preferred for Abu Dhabi corporate and investment banking stakeholder engagement
