Job Title: VP of Finance

Job Description: The VP of Finance will be a key member of the senior finance leadership team — owning financial strategy, supporting capital raises and investor relations, leading financial planning, and ensuring Tamara’s financial infrastructure scales with the business.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the CFO on all aspects of Tamara’s financial strategy — capital structure, debt facility management, investor relations, and strategic financial planning
• Lead financial analysis and modelling for business decisions, investment cases, and board presentations
• Own Tamara’s financial planning and analysis function — annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and management reporting
• Support equity and debt financing processes — including investor materials, due diligence, and regulatory financial submissions
• Manage relationships with debt facility providers, equity investors, and banking partners
• Drive financial governance across Tamara’s entities in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, and other markets
• Partner with Accounting, Treasury, and Business Finance on enterprise financial management
• Build and lead the senior finance team alongside the CFO

Qualifications Needed:

• 10+ years of finance experience with significant time in senior finance roles at a high-growth fintech, investment bank, or private equity firm
• Proven experience supporting capital raises, debt financing, and investor relations in a high-growth context
• Strong financial modelling, valuation, and strategic analysis skills
• Deep understanding of BNPL, consumer credit, or digital lending business models preferred
• CFA, CPA, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification preferred
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred; must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
