Job Title: VP – Head of Marketing & Communication (

Job Description: As VP and Head of Marketing and Communication at one of the UAE’s largest and most internationally established banks’ asset management division, you will be responsible for leading the execution of marketing and communication initiatives to support FAB Asset Management’s retail and institutional sales objectives — building the brand and communications function for a major UAE asset manager.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the execution of marketing and communication initiatives supporting FAB Asset Management’s retail and institutional sales objectives
• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, and institutional channels
• Build and manage the FAB Asset Management brand — positioning the firm as a leading UAE and MENA asset manager
• Partner with the institutional and retail sales teams on marketing alignment and campaign strategy
• Manage external marketing agencies, PR partners, and digital marketing platforms
• Produce marketing performance reporting and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Oversee all external communications — press releases, client communications, and regulatory-compliant marketing content
• Monitor UAE and MENA asset management marketing trends and competitive positioning developments

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven VP-level marketing and communications leadership experience within asset management or investment banking
• Strong track record executing marketing initiatives that support retail and institutional asset management sales objectives
• Deep understanding of UAE and MENA asset management client audiences and marketing dynamics
• Excellent leadership, brand management, and senior stakeholder engagement skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE institutional and retail marketing engagement
