Job Title: VP – Head of Client Services

Job Description: As VP and Head of Client Services at one of the UAE’s largest and most internationally established banks’ asset management division, you will act as the primary point of contact for FAB Asset Management clients — managing day-to-day inquiries and ensuring delivery of a high standard of service across all client touchpoints for a major UAE asset management institution.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for FAB Asset Management clients across retail and institutional segments
• Manage day-to-day inquiries and ensure delivery of a high standard of service across all client touchpoints
• Lead the client services function — building a high-performance team committed to exceptional client experience
• Develop and implement client service frameworks, standards, and processes for asset management client engagement
• Coordinate with Investment, Sales, Compliance, and Operations teams on client-impacting decisions
• Monitor client satisfaction and service quality metrics — driving continuous improvement in client experience
• Produce client services reporting and strategic recommendations for senior asset management leadership
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional and retail asset management clients

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven VP-level client services leadership experience within asset management or wealth management
• Strong track record managing day-to-day client inquiries and delivering high-standard service across all touchpoints
• Deep understanding of UAE asset management client needs and expectations across retail and institutional segments
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management skills
• Arabic language skills strongly preferred for UAE client services engagement
