Job Title: VP / Director, Education Private Equity

Job Description: As a VP or Director in Education Private Equity at PER, you will lead investment opportunities in the education sector, driving deal sourcing, execution, and portfolio growth for an international private equity firm.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in the education and EdTech sectors.
• Lead due diligence, financial modelling, and investment committee presentations.
• Manage portfolio companies, driving operational improvements and strategic growth initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, and industry experts.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of private equity, investment banking, or transaction advisory experience in education or EdTech.
• Strong proficiency in financial modelling, due diligence, and deal execution.
• Proven track record of leading high-profile private equity transactions.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
