Job Title: VP c

Job Description: As a VP in AML Complex Investigations at a globally leading financial institution in Dubai, you will lead complex financial crime investigations — applying deep AML expertise and investigative skills to high-value, multi-jurisdictional, and complex money laundering cases. You will manage a team of investigators and work closely with senior compliance and legal stakeholders on the most challenging AML cases. UAE Nationals are required for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex financial crime investigations — high-value, multi-jurisdictional, and complex AML cases
• Manage a team of AML investigators — setting quality standards, reviewing case work, and driving investigative excellence
• Conduct detailed financial crime analysis, transaction pattern review, and entity network mapping
• Prepare high-quality Suspicious Activity Reports and escalation documentation for senior compliance and legal teams
• Coordinate with UAE Financial Intelligence Unit, law enforcement, and correspondent banks on complex investigations
• Develop and maintain AML investigation methodologies and complex case management frameworks
• Produce investigation reporting and financial crime intelligence insights for senior leadership
• Stay current on global money laundering typologies, UAE AML regulatory requirements, and financial crime developments

Qualifications Needed:

• UAE National (Emirati) — required for this Emiratized VP AML Complex Investigations role
• Significant VP-level AML investigation leadership experience at a major UAE or international financial institution
• Deep expertise in complex money laundering investigation, SAR preparation, and financial crime analysis
• Strong team leadership, case management, and senior stakeholder communication skills
• CAMS or equivalent AML qualification required; CFE preferred
