Job Title: Vice President – Treasury

Job Description: As a Vice President for Treasury at a leading fintech organization in Saudi Arabia, you will lead treasury operations and financial risk management for a high-growth fintech company. You will be responsible for developing and executing treasury strategies, managing liquidity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the Kingdom’s rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem .

Responsibilities:

• Lead treasury operations and financial risk management for the fintech organization
• Develop and execute treasury strategies to support business growth
• Manage liquidity, cash flow, and capital efficiency
• Oversee financial risk management and mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with SAMA regulatory requirements for treasury operations
• Coordinate with finance and executive teams on treasury matters
• Drive strategic treasury initiatives and operational excellence
• Prepare treasury reports and presentations for senior leadership

Qualifications Needed:

• Significant experience in treasury management within fintech, banking, or financial services
• Deep understanding of treasury operations, liquidity management, and financial risk
• Experience with SAMA regulatory requirements for fintech or banking institutions
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Excellent analytical and strategic planning skills
• Professional qualification such as CFA, FRM, or equivalent is an advantage
• GCC or Saudi Arabia fintech treasury experience strongly preferred
