Job Description: As a UAE Payments Product Owner at a fintech and proptech organization, you will drive payments product innovation and development for the UAE market. You will own the product roadmap for payment solutions serving both fintech and property technology sectors, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative financial products .

Responsibilities:

• Own the payments product roadmap for fintech and proptech solutions
• Drive product strategy and development for UAE payment offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and compliance
• Define product requirements and success metrics
• Coordinate with stakeholders on product delivery and market launches
• Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvement
• Support the organization’s fintech and proptech innovation strategy
• Ensure compliance with UAE payments regulations

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven product management experience in payments, fintech, or financial services
• Strong product roadmap ownership and cross-functional delivery skills
• Deep understanding of UAE payments landscape and regulatory frameworks
• Excellent product specification writing and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in the UAE fintech or proptech market is strongly preferred
• Understanding of digital payments and financial technology
