Job Title: Treasury Operations Specialist, Digital Assets

Job Description: As a Treasury Operations Specialist for Digital Assets, you will run fiat and crypto settlement for an exchange’s Bahrain entity, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Run daily fiat and crypto settlement operations for the Bahrain entity.
• Reconcile transactions and resolve discrepancies with internal and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with CBB regulations and internal treasury policies.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and operations teams on process improvements.

Qualifications Needed:

• 4+ years of treasury operations or settlement experience in crypto, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital asset settlement, reconciliation, and treasury operations.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in treasury systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
