Job Title: Transaction Monitoring Lead

Job Description: As a Transaction Monitoring Lead, you will design and run transaction monitoring for stablecoin-based and cross-border payments, including sanctions/PEP screening and SAR/STR filing.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and run transaction monitoring systems for stablecoin and cross-border payments.
• Manage sanctions and PEP screening, investigations, and escalation procedures.
• File SARs/STRs and manage regulatory reporting to ADGM FSRA and CBUAE.
• Lead a team of analysts and collaborate with compliance and engineering teams.

Qualifications Needed:

• 7+ years of transaction monitoring or AML compliance experience in payments, crypto, or fintech.
• Deep knowledge of sanctions screening, SAR/STR filing, and UAE/ADGM regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of designing and running monitoring programs.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
