Job Title: Temenos Technical Lead

Job Description: As a Temenos Technical Lead, you will oversee the technical design, development, integration, and delivery of Temenos banking solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications, mentoring developers, governing architecture and code quality, and resolving implementation issues with project and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Temenos solutions
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Oversee development and integration of Temenos modules
• Guide developers through code reviews, mentoring, and architectural standards
• Maintain system architecture, design specifications, and technical guides
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely resolutions
• Coordinate with project managers, business analysts, and development teams
• Track Temenos technology developments and apply relevant best practices

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Proven Technical Lead experience focused on Temenos products
• Strong understanding of Temenos functionality, databases, and application development
• Proficiency in programming technologies relevant to Temenos solutions
• Leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Project-methodology experience; Temenos certification, Agile, cloud, and financial-industry knowledge are preferred
