Job Description: As a Teller at First Abu Dhabi Bank, you will provide exceptional customer service, processing transactions accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with banking policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, accurately and efficiently.
• Provide information on banking products and services, guiding customers on their financial needs.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, cash management procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, delivering a high-quality banking experience.

Qualifications Needed:

• 1+ years of teller, cashier, or customer service experience in banking or financial services.
• Strong attention to detail, cash handling skills, and customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; UAE national preferred as per role requirement.
