Job Title: Technology Manager (Licensed Entities)

Job Description: As a Technology Manager for Licensed Entities, you will own technology for a digital bank’s regulated UAE entities, ensuring systems meet regulatory, operational, and business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Own technology strategy, delivery, and operations for the digital bank’s regulated UAE entities.
• Ensure technology systems meet regulatory requirements, including CBUAE and data protection standards.
• Lead technology projects, vendor management, and infrastructure operations.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, and business teams to deliver secure, compliant technology solutions.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of technology management experience in digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory requirements for licensed entities and technology governance.
• Proven track record of managing technology operations in a regulated environment.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
