Job Title: Technology Account Manager (Payments)

Job Description: We are seeking a Technology Account Manager to manage technical relationships with banks, fintechs, and acquirers, ensuring seamless integration and support.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary technical liaison for our partner banks and fintech clients.
• Manage integration projects for new payment products and API solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely resolution.
• Conduct technical training and workshops for clients on our platforms.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of technical account management or solution engineering in payments or fintech.
• Strong understanding of card schemes, APIs, and payment processing (ISO 8583).
• Experience with integration projects and client-facing technical support.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English and Arabic.
