Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and accurate documentation for fintech products. This role ensures that developers, clients, and users can understand and use complex solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities

Develop product documentation, API guides, and user manuals.

Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information.

Translate technical concepts into accessible content.

Maintain documentation consistency and version control.

Support training and onboarding with instructional content.

Ensure compliance with fintech security and regulatory language.

Update content in line with product releases and updates.
Qualifications Needed

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, or related field.

3–5 years of experience writing documentation for software or fintech.

Strong knowledge of APIs, SDKs, and technical systems.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Experience with documentation tools like Confluence, GitHub, or MadCap Flare.
