Job Description
Job Title: Technical Writer
Job Description: As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging documentation for our fintech products and services. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and produce high-quality documentation to support our customers and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Write and edit technical documentation, including user manuals, API documentation, and developer guides.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
- Organize and structure documentation to make it easy to navigate and understand.
- Review and provide feedback on documentation produced by other team members.
- Stay informed about product updates and changes, and update documentation accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in technical writing or related roles.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Experience with documentation tools and formats (e.g., Markdown, XML, Confluence).
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies is a plus.
