Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Description: As a Technical Project Manager, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of finance and payment platforms in Qatar, coordinating business, technology, vendors, and service providers from initiation through go-live and post-production support while maintaining delivery plans, governance, risk control, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Lead finance and payment-platform implementations from initiation through go-live
• Coordinate post-production support after platform implementation
• Manage delivery programs involving vendors, service providers, ERP, integration, and core-system teams
• Deliver phased and multi-wave programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods
• Translate business requirements into executable delivery plans
• Align business objectives with technical execution and solution dependencies
• Proactively manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and governance actions
• Produce delivery plans, progress reports, and executive-level status updates

Qualifications Needed:

• Five to ten years of relevant project-delivery experience
• Strong experience implementing finance or payment platforms
• Proven record managing multi-vendor, enterprise-scale programs
• Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
• Understanding of solution architecture, integrations, and system dependencies
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills in transformation environments
