Job Title: Technical Program Management Analyst I

Job Description: As a Technical Program Management Analyst in Mastercard’s Launch Graduate Program 2026 in Dubai, you will join a structured graduate development programme — applying analytical, technical, and project management skills to support payment technology programme delivery at a globally leading payments company redefining the future of digital commerce.

Responsibilities:

• Support payment technology programme delivery as a Technical Program Management Analyst in the Launch Graduate Program 2026
• Apply analytical, technical, and project management skills to cross-functional technology programme activities
• Assist senior Technical Program Managers with programme planning, status tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct programme reporting, risk tracking, and dependency management across technology delivery workstreams
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Commercial teams on technology programme milestones
• Produce programme status documentation and governance reporting for senior leadership review
• Complete structured Launch Graduate Program 2026 training, rotations, and professional development activities
• Build foundational technical programme management skills through real-world payments technology delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated or on-track graduate with interest in technical programme management and payments technology
• Strong analytical, organizational, and cross-functional communication skills for programme management support
• Genuine interest in fintech, payments technology, and digital commerce innovation
• Proficiency with project management and analytical tools for programme tracking and reporting
• Arabic language skills preferred for UAE and MENA team and stakeholder engagement
