Job Title: Tech Project Coordination Manager

Job Description: As a Tech Project Coordination Manager at a globally connected blockchain and software development company, you will coordinate complex fintech and IT projects — applying project coordination expertise to technology delivery for a globally recognized blockchain and software development organization on an on-site basis.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complex fintech and IT projects on-site at a globally connected blockchain and software company
• Support senior project management teams on project planning, tracking, and delivery coordination
• Manage project documentation, status tracking, and stakeholder communication for fintech IT mandates
• Coordinate cross-functional project activities — Engineering, Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders
• Track project milestones, delivery gates, and escalation management for fintech technology mandates
• Produce project coordination reports and governance documentation for senior leadership and client review
• Support resource planning, risk tracking, and dependency management for fintech project delivery
• Monitor fintech and IT project coordination best practices for continuous delivery optimization

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven Tech Project Coordination Manager experience with fintech or IT project management background
• Strong project coordination, documentation management, and fintech technology delivery tracking skills
• Understanding of agile and waterfall project management methodologies for fintech IT delivery
• Excellent cross-functional coordination and senior stakeholder communication for technology projects
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
• GCC or global fintech or IT project coordination management experience strongly preferred
