Job Title: Tech Management Trainee

Job Description: As a Tech Management Trainee in the 2026 cohort at a leading UAE commercial bank, you will join a structured technology graduate programme — gaining exposure across technology, digital banking, and operations functions. You will build foundational skills in banking technology, digital transformation, and financial services technology management through a mentored rotational programme at one of the UAE’s established commercial banks.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in a structured technology graduate programme across banking technology and operations functions
• Complete rotational assignments across digital banking, technology infrastructure, and IT operations teams
• Apply academic learning to real-world banking technology challenges through programme mentoring
• Contribute to technology projects, digital banking initiatives, and operational technology activities under senior guidance
• Develop professional networks within the bank’s technology and digital banking teams
• Complete programme training modules, technology assessments, and professional development milestones
• Receive structured performance feedback and career development coaching from senior technology professionals
• Build foundational skills across banking technology, cybersecurity, digital channels, and technology operations

Qualifications Needed:

• Recently graduated or final-year student in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong technical foundation and genuine ambition to build a banking technology career in the UAE
• Excellent communication, analytical, and collaborative skills for a technology graduate programme
• Understanding of digital banking platforms, cloud computing, or technology infrastructure preferred
• Arabic and English bilingual proficiency for UAE banking team engagement
