Job Title: Team Lead – Partner Onboarding

Job Description: As a Team Lead – Partner Onboarding, you will lead partner care representatives within a fast-growing Saudi fintech platform, coaching the team, monitoring service quality, and ensuring merchants receive a consistent onboarding experience while operational and compliance requirements are met.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day work of partner care representatives supporting merchant onboarding
• Provide structured coaching, feedback, and performance guidance to team members
• Monitor onboarding quality, service levels, and partner experience across active cases
• Ensure partner onboarding activities follow internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Resolve or escalate complex merchant onboarding and service issues
• Coordinate with Operations, Compliance, Product, and other internal stakeholders
• Track team performance indicators and identify opportunities for operational improvement
• Promote consistent communication standards and customer-centric service delivery

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience leading or supervising customer service, onboarding, or partner operations teams
• Strong coaching, feedback, and performance management capability
• Understanding of merchant or partner onboarding processes in fintech or financial services
• Ability to manage service quality, operational controls, and compliance-sensitive workflows
• Strong communication and cross-functional stakeholder coordination skills
• Analytical approach to team metrics, service levels, and continuous improvement
