Job Title: Talent Operations Specialist

Job Description: As a Talent Operations Specialist, you will run talent operations and recruiting coordination for a Dubai-headquartered trading group, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and high-quality hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics.
• Maintain and optimise the applicant tracking system, ensuring data accuracy and pipeline hygiene.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and talent reporting for the people and hiring teams.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

Qualifications Needed:

• 3+ years of talent operations, recruiting coordination, or HR operations experience in trading, fintech, or technology.
• Strong proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Excellent organisational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
