Job Title: Systems Administration & Cloud Support Engineer

Job Description: As a Systems Administrator and Cloud Support Engineer at a fintech and crypto company, you will be responsible for day-to-day systems administration, troubleshooting, cloud platform support, and ensuring secure, stable, and efficient IT operations — applying strong technical skills to maintain and optimize the technology infrastructure of a regulated fintech and digital asset company in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day systems administration — troubleshooting, cloud platform support, and IT operations optimization
• Ensure secure, stable, and efficient IT operations across a regulated fintech and crypto company’s technology infrastructure
• Administer cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) — managing instances, access controls, and platform security
• Conduct troubleshooting of hardware, software, network, and cloud infrastructure issues affecting fintech operations
• Implement and maintain IT security controls — ensuring compliance with fintech and crypto regulatory standards
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security — proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures for fintech regulatory audit readiness
• Support user access management, device management, and IT service delivery for the fintech team

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven systems administration and cloud support engineering experience in a fintech, crypto, or technology environment
• Strong cloud platform proficiency (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with hands-on administration and troubleshooting skills
• Experience ensuring secure, stable, and efficient IT operations in a regulated fintech or crypto environment
• Understanding of IT security requirements for regulated financial technology and digital asset companies
• Relevant IT certifications (AWS, CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for fintech IT operations management
