Job Title: IT Support Engineer

Job Description: As an IT Support Engineer at a fintech company, you will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring secure and reliable IT operations — applying experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments to support the technology infrastructure of a growing UAE-regulated fintech platform.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support, maintain IT systems, and ensure secure and reliable IT operations for a regulated fintech
• Apply experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments to IT support and system maintenance
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and cloud platform issues affecting fintech operations
• Manage user access, device management, and IT service delivery for the fintech team
• Implement and maintain IT security controls — ensuring compliance with fintech regulatory standards
• Monitor system performance and availability — proactively identifying and resolving infrastructure issues
• Maintain IT documentation, system configurations, and operational procedures for regulatory audit readiness
• Coordinate with Engineering and Compliance teams on IT security requirements and system upgrades

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments — required for IT Support Engineer role
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field — flexible on equivalent experience
• Proven IT support engineering experience with strong troubleshooting and system administration skills
• Understanding of IT security requirements for regulated fintech or banking technology environments
• Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, ITIL, or equivalent) preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills for fintech IT operations management
