Job Title: Strategy and Operations Analyst – Builders Program

Job Description: As a Strategy and Operations Analyst – Builders Program professional, you will support leadership initiatives across People and Care functions by mapping workflows, defining operational metrics, shaping dashboards, documenting process improvements, and translating ambiguous priorities into clear analyses and practical operating changes.

Responsibilities:

• Map end-to-end workflows across People and Care functions, including ownership, handoffs, decisions, and friction points
• Work with stakeholders to define operational metrics and required data points
• Support the design of dashboards and recurring operational reports
• Identify opportunities to simplify roles, service levels, escalations, and documentation
• Prepare concise analyses, summaries, and leadership readouts
• Support ad hoc assignments that improve portfolio visibility and operating rhythm
• Collaborate with operators, analytics teams, and business stakeholders on measurable process improvements
• Maintain discretion when working with sensitive operational and people-related information

Qualifications Needed:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another analytical field
• Final-year students and candidates completing cooperative-training requirements are encouraged to apply
• Structured thinking and comfort turning ambiguous topics into clear questions, assumptions, and actions
• Effective use of AI-assisted tools for research, synthesis, analysis, visualization, and routine automation
• Comfort with Excel or Google Sheets and willingness to learn SQL or similar analytical tools
• Clear written and verbal English communication, with Arabic considered a strong advantage
