Job Title: Spot Trading Product Manager

Job Description: As a Spot Trading Product Manager, you will own the spot trading product line for a global crypto exchange, driving product strategy, roadmap, and execution to enhance the trading experience.

Responsibilities:

• Own the spot trading product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the exchange’s platform.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and compliance teams to deliver high-quality trading features.
• Analyse user behaviour, market trends, and competitor offerings to prioritise features and improvements.
• Track product performance, adoption, and revenue metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications Needed:

• 6+ years of product management experience in crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or fintech.
• Deep understanding of spot trading, order books, and market microstructure.
• Proven track record of launching successful trading products in the crypto space.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills; fluent in English.
