Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Description: As a Solutions Architect, you will own the architecture of a back-office and core-banking transformation for a regulated UAE financial institution, translating business requirements into scalable designs, delivery roadmaps, integration decisions, and risk-mitigation plans for modern financial-services platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for a back-office and core-banking platform initiative
• Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture and design blueprints
• Define phased delivery roadmaps covering design, build, rollout, and transformation sequencing
• Evaluate platform and delivery trade-offs across build, buy, and customization options
• Assess integrations with order-management systems, banking interfaces, front-end applications, and core platforms
• Identify technical risks, dependencies, and constraints and propose appropriate mitigations
• Act as the technical reference point for client stakeholders and delivery partners
• Present architecture decisions, trade-offs, and phasing recommendations to senior stakeholders

Qualifications Needed:

• At least three years of experience as a Solutions Architect or equivalent senior architecture professional
• Strong domain knowledge of core banking, back-office systems, capital markets, trading, settlement, treasury, or general ledger platforms
• Experience modernizing or replacing legacy and monolithic enterprise systems
• Ability to define technical roadmaps and assess build-versus-buy-versus-customize decisions
• Knowledge of C4, ADD, ATAM, distributed systems, and scalable cloud-native architecture principles
• Upper-intermediate or stronger English with the ability to explain technical trade-offs to senior non-technical audiences
