Job Title: Software Developer – Fintech Team Lead

Job Description: Seeking a Software Developer and Fintech Team Lead in Dubai. The role requires knowledge of fintech compliance and trade reporting standards, ensuring code quality, security, and compliance in all development activities — leading a software development team in a fintech regulatory reporting context.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a software development team building fintech compliance and trade reporting technology solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and compliance in all development activities across the fintech platform
• Apply knowledge of fintech compliance and trade reporting standards to software architecture and development decisions
• Assisting with regulatory submissions, licence renewals, and compliance documentation as the technical lead
• Design and implement software solutions that meet fintech regulatory reporting and compliance requirements
• Conduct code reviews and technical mentoring for the development team
• Collaborate with Compliance, Product, and Operations teams on technical requirements for regulatory reporting features
• Maintain technical documentation for all fintech compliance and trade reporting system components

Qualifications Needed:

• Proven software development experience with specific knowledge of fintech compliance and trade reporting standards — required
• Experience leading a software development team in a fintech or regulated technology environment
• Understanding of regulatory submissions, licence renewals, and compliance documentation processes
• Strong coding skills in one or more backend languages with fintech compliance software development experience
• Experience with trade reporting, regulatory reporting systems, or compliance technology platforms preferred
• Excellent leadership, communication, and technical documentation skills
