Job Title: Social Media & PR Associate

Job Description: As a Social Media and PR Associate for a financial services and fintech brand in Dubai, you will be responsible for managing social media channels and public relations activities — building brand presence, engaging audiences, and supporting communications campaigns across digital platforms. You will apply a Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism, or media to deliver professional social media and PR work for a globally connected financial services organization.

Responsibilities:

• Manage social media channels and public relations activities for a financial services and fintech brand
• Build brand presence and engage audiences across Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant digital platforms
• Support communications campaigns — developing content, scheduling posts, and monitoring community engagement
• Write press releases, social media copy, and PR content for financial services and fintech audiences
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams on campaign content accuracy and regulatory compliance
• Monitor social media performance metrics and produce regular analytics reports for marketing leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with financial services media contacts and PR stakeholders
• Stay current on fintech, financial services, and investment market developments for accurate social media content

Qualifications Needed:

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, marketing, journalism, or media — preferred
• Proven social media management and PR experience within a financial services or fintech company
• Strong written English and Arabic for bilingual social media and PR content production
• Understanding of financial services communications compliance and regulatory content standards
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and digital content production skills
• Proficiency with social media management tools and PR platforms
