Job Title: Social Media Admin Intern

Job Description: As a Social Media Admin Intern at a VARA-regulated virtual assets company, you will stay up to date with the latest trends in crypto Twitter, Web3 communities, and fintech social media — researching and proposing content ideas aligned with crypto and fintech trends for a creative and digitally savvy social media mandate at a regulated UAE virtual asset company.

Responsibilities:

• Stay up to date with the latest trends in crypto Twitter, Web3 communities, and fintech social media
• Research and propose content ideas aligned with crypto and fintech trends
• Create engaging social media content for crypto and fintech audiences across Twitter/X, Telegram, Instagram, and Discord
• Monitor competitor crypto and fintech social media activity and community engagement strategies
• Manage community interactions — responding to comments, questions, and community discussions
• Coordinate with Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams on social media content and campaign delivery
• Maintain content calendar and ensure timely publication of crypto and fintech social media content
• Track social media performance metrics — reach, engagement, follower growth, and community sentiment

Qualifications Needed:

• Creative and digitally savvy professional with genuine passion for crypto, Web3, and fintech social media
• Strong understanding of crypto Twitter, Web3 communities, and fintech social media dynamics — required
• Interest in fintech, crypto, virtual assets, trading platforms, or financial technology products
• Experience with Jira, Notion, Trello, or other task management tools — preferred
• Excellent written English and Arabic communication skills for crypto community engagement
• Genuine enthusiasm for the crypto and Web3 ecosystem and VARA-regulated digital asset environment
