Job Description: As a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist, you will run treasury operations and settlements for a crypto derivatives exchange, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily treasury operations, including cash positioning, settlements, and digital asset flows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for client asset safeguarding and reporting.
• Monitor treasury risk and identify process improvements.
• Collaborate with finance, risk, and trading teams to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications Needed:

• 5+ years of treasury operations experience in fintech, crypto, or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of treasury operations, settlement, and crypto regulatory frameworks.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in treasury systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; fluent in English.
