Job Title: Senior Trading Operations Director

Job Description: As a Senior Trading Operations Director at a fintech and proprietary trading solutions company in Kuwait City, you will lead trading operations, fintech processes, and operational strategy in a fast-growing fintech organization. You will be responsible for leading daily trading operations, developing operational strategies, and overseeing trading systems and transaction workflows .

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily trading operations and fintech process management
• Develop and implement operational strategies to support trading performance and scalability
• Oversee trading systems, transaction workflows, and operational controls
• Monitor operational KPIs, risk metrics, and performance reporting
• Collaborate with technology, compliance, and finance teams to optimize operations
• Ensure operational compliance with internal policies and industry standards
• Manage vendor relationships, fintech platforms, and service providers
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Lead and mentor operations, support, and trading administration teams

Qualifications Needed:

• Experience in trading operations, fintech operations, or financial services management
• Strong understanding of trading environments, financial processes, or fintech platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Leadership and cross-functional team management skills
• Ability to manage high-volume operational workflows and multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field preferred
