Job Title: Senior Strategy Manager

Job Description: As a Senior Strategy Manager at Deloitte & Touche Middle East, you will lead strategic advisory engagements for clients across financial services, technology, and government sectors, driving transformative initiatives and market growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver complex strategy engagements, including market entry, growth strategy, and operating model design.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and financial modelling to support strategic recommendations.
• Manage project teams, mentor consultants, and ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications Needed:

• 8+ years of strategy consulting or corporate strategy experience in financial services or technology.
• Strong proficiency in strategic analysis, financial modelling, and market research.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact strategy engagements in the Middle East.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; fluent in English.
