Job Title: Senior Solutions Engineer

Job Description: As a Senior Solutions Engineer at a pioneering fintech platform that provides universal API infrastructure for the Middle East, you will drive strategic client outcomes through expert technical judgment, solution design, and implementation leadership. You will be the technical authority for complex integrations, collaborating across functions to design optimal solutions and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring the highest standards of reliability and security in the region’s rapidly evolving fintech ecosystem .

Responsibilities:

• Drive client outcomes through expert technical judgment and strategic solution design
• Lead complex implementation projects and manage cross-functional workstreams
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue upsell opportunities
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the client lifecycle
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and technical teams
• Architect and implement solutions that meet client needs and align with platform capabilities
• Ensure successful deployment and adoption of the platform’s open banking infrastructure

Qualifications Needed:

• 5-7 years of experience in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or implementation leadership
• Strong technical judgment with proven ability to design and deliver complex client solutions
• Experience managing high-value technical implementations and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholder management capabilities
• Deep understanding of API infrastructure, open banking, and fintech technology stacks
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly preferred for regional engagement
• GCC fintech or banking solutions engineering experience strongly preferred
