Job Description

The Senior Risk Manager will oversee credit and operational risk for digital lending platforms in Dubai, ensuring alignment with UAE Central Bank and DIFC/ADGM regulations. You will develop risk policies, monitor portfolios, and mitigate emerging threats.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement risk management frameworks.
• Monitor lending portfolios and analyze risk metrics.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis.
• Collaborate with product, finance, and compliance teams.
• Prepare reports for management and regulators.

Qualifications Needed

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, or Risk Management.
• 7+ years in risk management within fintech or banking.
• Deep knowledge of UAE digital lending regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
